About

MOB’s passion is to make sure families stay in El Paso and attract families to move here to the Sun City.

The group is comprised of families helping families. MOB works to address any and all community concerns raised by its members. In its first year, MOB has advocated for: shade structures and amenities at community parks; increasing the number of family-friendly businesses in El Paso; the construction of El Paso’s Children Museum; improving game fields; construction of all inclusive playgrounds; and revitalizing Ascarate Park with an all inclusive regional destination park.

MOB also encourages volunteerism and educating members about voting sites to make it more convenient to with with your family. This all led to the City of El Paso designating the month of August as Moms on Board month!

Mission Statement

MOB’s mission is to work with local leaders to bring more family-friendly amenities to El Paso, enhance existing facilities, and to bring awareness of community projects to its social networking group.
